Recently had my bathroom renovation done with kcj,
We went over budget due to issues with plumbing however I really appreciated the fact Kai addressed the issue before attempting to repair it, he also sent me pictures&videos of the problem and suggested I reach out to another reputable plumber of my choice and compare quotes for my piece of mind and in his favour it was still considerably cheaper than other places I had looked. Over the moon with how everything turned out
Requested to have 2x bedrooms/ceilings plastered. Marvellous job done cannot fault it whatsoever and Richard knows how fussy I can be. 10/10

I recently had someone come in to replace my radiator, after stupidly leaving the keys with them I arrived back at my property to find he had used some form of plastic pipe instead of copper and it had presumably broken/came loose and was completely flooding my hallway. I had seen an advertisement for this company in my local shop and took a picture if need ever be, which turnt out to be the best thing I done! Not only did they have someone at my property within 25 minutes, they also helped with the clean up &calming down of my downstairs neighbour!

The most amazing guy I’ve met, received a quote for £6,350 for a staircase installation, Kai managed to do this for no where near that price! Just goes to show you there are genuine people left!
